Cum sa introduci un iPhone in DFU Mode
Pasul 1
Conecteaza telefonul la PC prin intermediul cablului USB si deschide iTunes.
Pasul 2
Inchide telefonul tinand apasat butonul Sleep/Wake pana iti apare mesajul care te intreaba daca vrei sa inchizi telefonul, apoi slide ca sa il inchizi.
Pasul 3
Dupa ce se inchide telefonul, asteapta 5 secunde apoi apasa simultan pe butoanele Home si Sleep/Wake ca in poza de mai sus timp de 10 secunde, apoi da drumul butonului Sleep/Wake si tine apasat inca 10 secunde doar butonul Home si daca iTaunes deschis iti va afisa mesajul de mai jos.
IMPORTANT!!!
Ecranul telefonul trebuie sa fie complet negru, pe ecran aveti afisata...

Dev Team tocmai a lansat redsn0w 0.9.10 beta 6, o noua versiune a programului cu ajutorul caruia putem face tethered jailbreak anumitor iDevice-uri cu iOS 5.1 instalat. Din pacate iPad 2 si iPhone 4S nu sunt incluse in lista dispozitivelor compatibile cu acest program insa restul iDevice-urilor care pot instala iOS 5.1 pot fi jailbroken folosind noua versiune a redsn0w. Noul redsn0w face untethered jailbreak doar pentru iPhone 3GS cu bootrom vechi si aplicatia iBooks este nefunctionala insa totul ar trebui sa functioneze fara probleme in rest. ultrasn0w NU este compatibil cu iOS 5.1 deci nu faceti update chiar daca...
